The Foundation for Christian Mysticism was established as a non-profit organization by renowned Christian mystic, Elizabeth MacDonald Burrows in 1972. Since its inception it has undergone several changes, although one thing has remained constant, the integrity of its teachings. For over a quarter of a century the Foundation has instructed its students in the life and teachings of the great masters in music, art, science, philosophy and psychology, for it believes that all people possess a seed of greatness waiting to be born. It has particularly specialized in the universal mysteries and secret teachings as Jesus taught them to his disciples on the shores of Galilee. Such writings have been traced back to translated manuscripts contained in the Roman Vatican, the libraries of Dubonnet, and the Royal Library of England, and encompass some of most sublime mysteries ever revealed.
Pierre Teilhard de Chardin:
Someday after mastering the winds, the waves, the tides and gravity,
we shall harness for God the energies of love.
And then for the second time in the history of the world,
man will have discovered fire.
